Enticingly sweet aromas of caramelised nuts are lifted by a touch of bright lemon acidity. Some dark red fruit and ripe pear emerge. Classic creamy vanilla and dark toffee. A refined balance of oak and dark cherry, silky caramel and a buttery texture. Wood spice from the sherry cask gives structure and complexity. Fantastic balance and extremely satisfying.
