Tasting note

Cloudy, freshly squeezed plum juice in appearance. The flavour is driven by autumn fruit. Apples, cherries, plum stones, and a light mixture of Rye spice. Has a chewy mouthfeel with lingering sweetness. Refreshing forest floor component, but again the plum stone nuance is ever consistent throughout.

This drinks similarly to an iced tea for me, and I’d enjoy it as such; in a tumbler glass with lots of ice. An enjoyable aperitif that happily tastes like the locally sourced ingredients it's made from.
