This is a remarkable whisky encapsulating the indomitable spirit of Raasay’s volcanic terrain, forged over 66 million years. Comprised of both peated and unpeated spirits, it’s first matured in American rye casks before transitioning to Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry quarter casks for a refined finishing touch. The palate offers peppery spice with a rich sweetness of dried sultanas and vanilla.
