Richly enjoyed by my discerning wine-drinking colleagues, the philosophy at Komos has been to marry innovative winemaking techniques and highly artisanal craftship of tequila production to create a beautifully balanced and easy-drinking ‘sippers’ tequila.

Jasmine and citrus on the nose give way to grapefruit on the mid-palate and deliciously balanced tropical fruit with a steely minerality on the finish.

Mexico boasts a rich tradition of spirit-making, centring on tequila and mezcal. Mezcal, made from various agave species, mainly thrives in Oaxaca and is known for its unique smoky flavour.
