Description
This is the third seasonal release from Nc’nean’s Autumn series, Quiet Rebels. This time, it’s distillery manager Gordon who has picked his favourite combination of casks to create the most moreish of whiskies. Gordon believes that a great whisky should leave your mouth looking for more, and this delicious combination of STR (shaved, toasted and re-charred) red wine, ex-Sherry and ex-Rivesaltes casks certainly does just that. It’s velvety, rich, and creamy with flavours of crème brûlée, spiced plum jam and candied orange peel.
