Description

Maguey Barril is a wild agave which can take up to 20 years to achieve full maturation. This example shows an excellent confluence of dried and fresh herbs, pineapple, subtle smoke and bitter chocolate. The finish is intentionally accurate and clipped with an extremely refreshing precision.
