Description
Established in 1798 on the Orkney Islands, Highland Park is one of Scotland’s most historical and renowned distilleries. Its whiskies are known across the globe for their harmonious balance of peat smoke and sweet malt, unique to these bottlings thanks both to Orkney’s distinctive climate, and to the skill of the Highland Park team. The 30-Year-Old exemplifies the distillery’s skill in producing well-aged, balanced single malts. Sherry-seasoned oak casks are used for maturation, which adds depth and complexity to this already layered expression.
