Description

Made by William Lowe MW (of Cambridge Distillery) and Nick Lane, this is a blend of 45% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 12% Meunier and 8% other grapes. Made from a range of vintages, from 2010 to 2020, this is a still English wine with a Champagne heritage. It is lively and bright with high acidity, lemon curd and buttered toast flavours, and saline finish. The palate is dense with flavour and a firm texture and a crisp, clean finish. There were just 360 bottles made.
