Description
Kilchoman Distillery, founded in 2005 on Islay, is celebrated for its farm-to-bottle approach. It is one of the few distilleries that completes the entire whisky-making process on-site, from growing barley to bottling. Kilchoman is known for its independent approach, producing small batches of high-quality Islay single malts. Loch Gorm is named after a nearby peat bog, and this edition is matured exclusively in Sherry casks.
