Tasting note

This complex and textural English whisky is produced annually by our friends at The Cotswolds Distillery. It is made entirely from locally grown barley that has been traditionally floor malted. Matured in a mouthwatering combination of ex-Oloroso and ex-Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks, it offers enticing flavours of sweet oak, intertwined with rich cocoa and dried fruits.
