Description

This enchanting liquid has been distilled in Pontarlier in the Jura region of France, perhaps the epicentre for exceptional absinthe in the pre-ban heyday. It’s made with the holy trinity of absinthe ingredients – green anise, fennel and Pontarlier-grown Grande Absinthe itself – plus additional herbs and plants kept strictly secret by the distillery. Blanche (as opposed to Verte) is the oldest, original form of absinthe. This beautiful bottling from Maison Fontaine has won many awards and shows this classic style at its finest.
