Kentucky Owl, revived in 2014, produces premium small-batch bourbons. The distillery has a rich history that dates back to the late 1800s. The team focuses on using charred oak barrels, which enhance the complexity and depth of their whiskies. The Wiseman was created as a tribute to founder Charles Mortimer Dedman. It combines rich history with contemporary whisky-making techniques and is crafted from a blend of Kentucky Owl’s high-quality bourbons.
