Description

Hardy’s Organic VSOP is a rarity because it is entirely made from organic grapes. Only 1% of the total plantings in Cognac are currently certified, making this a very unique spirit. The Cognac underwent a minimum of four years of ageing, allowing it to be labelled as VSOP. Lifted and bright, this demonstrates Cognac’s floral, fruity potential rather than relying on oak or spice.
