Description

Two months of ageing in red wine barrels have given this tequila a beautiful pinkish, rose-gold tinge that is immediately captivating. Alongside the subtle agave character on the nose, aromas of vanilla, red fruits and rose are well-defined, with a touch of dark chocolate – it is enchanting. The palate is awash with scores of ripe raspberries and black cherries. There is a sharpness of citrus and the unmistakable savoury, herbaceous quality provided by the agave. The round, almost creamy mouthfeel is spiked by a delicate salinity that permeates through to the finish. It is heavenly.
