Description
Kilchoman Distillery, one of the newer distilleries on Islay, was established in 2005. Kilchoman’s production process is entirely on-site, from growing barley to bottling the whisky. This release is matured in Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks, adding sweet and rich Sherry notes to the peaty whisky.
