Tasting note

Smooth and easy whisky to drink. Caramelised apple notes with hints of vanilla and touches of salinity on the finish. The sweet notes make it a perfect pairing with pan roasted monkfish, with a creamy mushroom and mussel sauce and samphire. Great to have to hand as the nights get shorter and bonfire night is coming.
