That Boutique-y Whisky Company, established in 2012, specializes in small-batch whiskies from distilleries worldwide. Aultmore Distillery, located in Speyside, has produced whisky since 1896 and is known for its light and floral character. This spirit was matured in a refill Bourbon barrel before being finished in a first-fill Bourbon hogshead for two years.
