Description

This was created from peated barley used for just one week every winter; hence, every batch is extremely limited. This deliciously warming summer dram spent its final days in a combination of rum casks from Guyana and Barbados. The former has added full-bodied, spicy notes, while the casks from Barbados have imparted tropical fruit and some delicious maritime hints.
