Description

Eau-de-Vie is the term Greensand Ridge Distillery uses to define their unaged fruit brandy. Unlike a typical brandy, this spirit is produced using apricots and is bottled soon after distillation, truly capturing the essence of its key ingredient.

The palate is awash with delicious, fresh apricot flavours, followed by a bright, crisp finish. I would recommend sipping this spirit neat and chilled, allowing the exquisite fruit flavour to express itself, or serving it in place of gin in a classic cocktail such as a French 75.
