Description
This is another fascinating single-farm bottling in Waterford's ceaseless quest to explore terroir in whisky. Peated to 47ppm, this uses only Irish peat in the malting process. The result is a spirit with lashings of peat smoke and barley, combined with a bananas and custard note on the palate. The finish though is dry and persistent.
