Tireless distilling maverick Alex James makes this at his entirely hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind distillery in Peru. Alex found an exceptional source of sugar cane and set himself the challenge of creating a rum to sit alongside his delicious gin. It has a characteristic grassy leafiness, with touches of stone fruit and a lovely rounded texture, making this white rum an impeccable addition to any serious cocktail cupboard.
