Description

Glenallachie, since 2017 under the stewardship of Billy Walker, is becoming known for richly-fruited Speyside malt whisky, with depth and complexity aplenty. Spanish oak has gifted its customary spiciness to the whisky here, and given a deeper colour too. Overall, flavours of steamed sponge pudding with syrup and spiced cakes sing through with raisins on the finish.
