Description

Crafted by the Pallini family since 1875, this limoncello is made traditionally. The zest of sfusato lemons, which have particularly thick and fragrant skins, are steeped in highly concentrated neutral spirit. Once the oils are released, they are sweetened with syrup. This is typically enjoyed neat and chilled, sometimes straight from the freezer, but can also be blended to create excellent cocktails. The palate is super-sweet and zesty with intense, lively lemon aromas. It makes a lovely pudding on its own or a perfect companion for panna cotta and fruit.
