Description

Yellow Spot is a 12 Year Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. Rather than being simply a 'finished' whiskey, Yellow Spot is special in that it contains whiskey that has been matured for a full 12 year period in three oak cask types (new bourbon, refill bourbon and sherry casks) Only extremely limited quantities of Yellow Spot have been bottled making it a whiskey to seek out and savour as a true rarity. On the nose, fresh aromatic oils and spices on a background of toasted wood. The body is full, with a hint of clove, overlaid in the sweetness of apples and toasted oak.
