Description

As far we know, this is the first example released of a Clairin blended from the liquid of multiple different producers, hailing from the Haitian municipalities of Cavaillon, Baradères, Pignon and Saint-Michel-de-l’Attalaye respectively. Organic sugarcane, natural yeast fermentation and small pot still distillation has given rise to a spirit at once exceptionally fruity, grassy and robust. Whether sipped upon, or poised in a Daquiri, this is an outstanding Clairin worthy of the attention of the category's aficionados and novices alike.
