Description

Greensand Ridge, located in Kent, was established in 2015. The distillery focuses on sustainability, using surplus and local fruits to create their spirits, minimise waste and support local agriculture. It is also the UK’s first carbon-neutral distillery. Its Blackcurrant Ghost Eau de Vie is carefully balanced, displaying a wonderful essence of fresh blackcurrant. It was produced from surplus blackcurrants harvested too late for inclusion in soft drink production.
