Description

This gin has been winning awards for its fabulous flavours and iconic packaging since 2018. It is a regular fixture at industry gatherings, too. The distinctive sugar kelp is the dominant botanical, which grows locally and is harvested by hand. Strong waves of maritime influence and a delicious salinity balance beautifully with coriander, liquorice and bitter orange peel.
