Description
This limited release from Kingsbarns in Fife showcases their use of ex-Oloroso Sherry casks, exclusively from American oak. Whilst the spirit is quite brooding upon first inspection, with a splash of water and a few minutes in the glass it opens up nicely. Classic Sherry cask notes of spice and dried fruit are married to sweet cereal and caramel. Just 3,600 bottles were produced.
