Broken Clock Lingering Vodka (40%)

Taking impeccable British wheat vodka as their base, the team behind Broken Clock have redistilled in a beautiful little copper pot still. They have used a handful of secret botanicals – notably three native English apple varieties – to create this lingering vodka. Those apples offer just a hint of orchard fruitiness, alongside berry, citrus and floral elements that, gratifyingly, never seek to outshine one another. Utterly brilliant distillation gives such a sense of sweetness and softness to the spirit that not a hint of sugar (or any other additives besides water) are needed before bottling.
