Tempus Fugit Spirits, Liqueur de Violettes (22%)

This unusually rose-coloured spirit is not perhaps what was expected of a violet liqueur, but its powerful perfume is quite obviously natural violet. This is perfectly mirrored on the palate and the intense perfume is carried effortlessly and spread throughout. It has good length and is dry enough to be used on ice (but is particularly delightful on vanilla ice-cream).
