Tempus Fugit Spirits, Kina L'Aero D'Or (18%)

Classically golden in colour, the nose carries a powerful cooked orange peel with subtle influence of Turkish delight. On the mid-palate, pithy orange bitterness is assisted by herbal notes and balanced later by sweetness. This is not overly sweet and quite dry on the finish: it would make a wonderful addition to a classic Vesper.
