Distilled in Speyside, a small region in the middle of Scotland famous for its whisky production. The spirit was selected for its Cereal & Fruity style, making it the perfect match for long maturation in the finest Oloroso Sherry Butts, delivering a delicate balance of Sweetness & Spice. This full, deep, and brooding whisky has a wonderfully rich texture, each sip offering a well-balanced, heartwarming experience that captivates the senses. Aromas of sun-dried fruits meld with baking spices. The palate explores richness; layers of spiced fruit cake and honey toast and hints of brown sugar, orange & dark chocolate add complexity to the finish.

Sherry cask maturation takes me back to when I was first exploring whisky, experiencing its dark, oily, and rich flavours. It was a joy to explore the intricate tastes of fruit cake, chocolate, orange, and rich spices. There's a reason why Sherry Cask Maturation is often considered the epitome of luxurious styles, with its indulgent flavour. Our 12 year old Classic Sherry Cask showcases the style in all its glory, bringing me back to that first thrilling taste.
