Working alongside Dr David Clutton—the only person to hold a PhD in gin—and leading mixologists, Berry Bros. & Rudd spent two years refining the recipe. The character of No.3 lies in its meticulous production. Distilled in Holland—the birthplace of gin—at a family-owned distillery with over 300 years of expertise, the spirit is crafted in a 100-year-old, brick-encased copper pot still. Six botanicals define its profile: juniper at the core, supported by coriander seed, angelica root, cardamom, grapefruit peel and sweet orange peel. This traditional approach ensures purity and depth, delivering a gin that is bright, refreshing and perfectly poised for classic cocktails.
