Johnnie Walker Blended Whisky

Johnnie Walker takes its name from John “Johnnie” Walker, who in the 19th century sold whisky from his grocery shop in Ayrshire, Scotland. His blended Scotch whiskies became popular, though the brand truly took off when John’s son Alexander Walker inherited the business in 1857.
