Deauratus

Deauratus is a unique project with two incredibly talented winemakers who met whilst both working at Ridge Vineyards. Eric Baugher studied Biochemistry and Molecular Biology before moving into winemaking for twenty-seven vintages at Ridge. Shun Ishikubo started his career as a cellar hand at a small family-owned distillery in Japan before moving to the USA; he joined Eric at Ridge in 2008. Together, they have made some of the best wines of Ridge’s history, achieving 100 points on multiple occasions.
