We accept all major credit cards, including Diners Club, American Express and JCB. We also offer Google pay and Apple pay.

A very small selection of customers are offered a credit facility with Berry Bros. & Rudd. This can be used to buy goods from Berry Bros. & Rudd directly but not from sellers on BBX.

Anyone can add credit to their balance and use that to pay for anything.

However, for BBX purchases, you will need to select this payment option in your account. Please note, if the value of your bid order is higher than your credit balance, the remainder will be taken from your preferred payment card.

Yes, we operate a cash limit in our London and Basingstoke shops. Any purchase where payment is made in cash (either in full or part of total order value) is limited to £5,000. This limit applies for a period of 30 days per customer. Any payment made in cash over £1,000 will need to be placed using a Berry Bros. & Rudd account. If the customer does not have an account, one will have to be created and identification will need to be presented to shop staff.

Yes, we offer gift vouchers and they can be used to buy wines, spirits, event tickets, books and accessories. They can be used on our website, in our shops and over the phone. Our gift vouchers have no expiry date. When the price of the goods is lower than the value of the gift voucher, the difference will be credited to your account. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Gift vouchers cannot be used to discharge indebtedness on previous orders or in respect of accounts held at Berry Bros. & Rudd, nor any of its associated companies. Promotional vouchers cannot be used for payment for gift vouchers. Gift vouchers and promotional vouchers cannot be used as payment for Duty & VAT on wines or spirits when withdrawing them from our bonded warehouse.

We operate two referral schemes.

If you place an order online over £250 you will be offered the chance to refer a friend a receive a reward if your friend places an order.

If you refer a friend to Cellar Plan and they sign up you will be send a thank you code which gives you £50 off your next order.
