Description
The 2023 Blanco de Silos is a vibrant yet textured white, grown from 70-year-old vines at 870m altitude. The 2023 vintage had a balanced growing season, with the resulting wine revealing citrus, white peach, and green apple aromas with subtle brioche and almond notes. The palate is creamy yet fresh, showing flavours of ripe lemon, apple, and a savoury minerality. With lively acidity and a long, elegant finish touched by white pepper and hazelnut, this is a well-balanced, surprisingly complex wine, ideal for pairing with white fish and creamy dishes.
