Torabhaig, Cnoc Na Mòine, The Legacy Series Chapter No. 3, Island, Single Malt Scotch Whisky (46%)

Torabhaig is only the second distillery on the Isle of Skye and has been making traditional island-peated whisky since 2017. The quality here is impressively high at such a young age. Cnoc na Moine marks the third chapter in their journey to a 10-year-old expression. It has the DNA of Allt Gleann, its spiritous predecessor, showing a distinctive Torabhaig style. Subtle dried-fruit Sherry notes, orange peel, and vanilla balance the elegant aromas of wood fire and sweet smoke. It is almost oily and silky in texture with a long, warming finish.
