Description
That Boutique-y Whisky Company, established in 2012, is celebrated for its distinctive bottlings single cask bottlings. The company specialises in small-batch releases from various distilleries worldwide. The original Clynelish distillery is incredibly old, built in 1819, just adjacent to the present distillery, which dates from 1967. Clynelish is particularly renowned for its waxy and complex single malts and this example is no exception, with a rich texture and layers of flavour.
