Description

Flint Vineyard, located in Norfolk's sunny Waveney Valley, is a passion project of Ben and Hannah Witchell. After travelling the world and studying winemaking, they returned to Norfolk to create unique wines using innovative techniques and the region's ideal climate and soil.

To reduce packaging waste, this wine is capsule-free.

Tasting note

Bacchus has a long history in the UK as a German varietal that is particularly well suited to the English climate. In the hands of winemaker Ben Witchell, it has resulted in a wonderfully aromatic, lively and crisp expression perfect for summer. It has notes of juicy pear, nettle and Granny Smith apple, with a Mosel-like character and freshness. A glass of this chilled is a fine summer aperitif and a beautiful match for seafood.
