A bright pale straw/sliver color, the 2022 Roero Arneis was raised in stainless steel and is floral and savory with notes of fresh chive, citrus blossoms, and white melon. It offers a zesty and spritely profile on the palate, with a spritz of white pepper and a clean, lifted finish. This would be a great wine to have as an aperitif or with crudites and crunchy salads over the near term.
