Description
Large oak is used to minimise oxidation in the face of warmer, riper vintages. The vineyard lies below Premier Cru Genevrières and borders on to Premier Cru Les Charmes on the south side. Fabien’s vines here are 40-45 years old. With 25% new oak, this has a fresh, lively and bright nose. There are citrus fruits wrapped with hints of creaminess and the finish is long and lovely.
