The 2021 Chambolle-Musigny Les Noirots 1er Cru, from just under Bonnes-Mares, has an open, quite airy bouquet, one of the most floral from Legros with pressed rose petals and peony. The palate is medium-bodied with chiselled tannins on the entry, just a slight chalkiness to the texture, linear but busting with tension on the blood-orange infused finish. This is just a joy.
