This 100% Roussanne wine is beautifully floral, displaying a delicate bouquet of white peach, apricot, and honeysuckle, with subtle hints of almond and wet stone. On the palate, it offers a silky texture with lifted flavours of orchard fruits, some tropical melon and lemon zest. A pronounced minerality adds to the complexity, with an impressive richness and depth leading to a long, refreshing finish.
