The 2021 Pinot Noir Estate is a savoury red with game and earthy aromas, dried herbs, oak spice, and rich cherry fruit. It is a mid-weight style packed with intensity and sinew. A firm, acid line holds this wine together and propels it forward. The 2021 is young, concentrated and still in its primary phase. This red needs bottle age to mellow.
