Description

A personal highlight of the tasting, alongside some very esteemed company. More red-fruited than previous vintages, with raspberry coulis particularly defined amongst an array of juicy summer berries and ripe plums. There is darker fruit too - black cherry and blackberry jam - along with garrigue herbs and earth. Black olive shows on the palate, which is framed by supple, silky tannins. Utterly delicious and easy to love now, with more maturity to come for those who can wait.
