50% whole bunch vinification and 100% new wood. Rich deep purple. The nose is utterly gorgeous, exploding in the deepest of noble red fruits. That wonderful seamless style that characterises the best wines. Despite the velvet texture there are little savoury saline touches. Immaculate all the way through.
