2007 Plantation, Single Cask 2022 Release, Teeling Whiskey Cask, Rum, Guyana (53.7%)

Plantation Rum is renowned for its exceptional rums from various regions. Each rum undergoes maturing in its country of origin before travelling to France and being aged further in Maison Ferrand’s cellars. The Single Cask 2022 Release, finished in Teeling Whiskey casks, exemplifies Plantation’s innovative approach to ageing and blending. It was produced by Guyana’s Demerara Distillers in 2007, and matured for 13 years there, before being transported to France. Here, it was finished in a Cognac cask for a year. It then spent a further seven months maturing in a Telling single malt Irish whiskey cask.
