The Cotswolds Distillery, Dry Gin (46%)
- 46% alcohol
- Gin
Description
While unmistakably London Dry in style, the great accomplishment of this gin is just how convincingly it marries its juniper with a long list of complex botanicals. Ordinarily, potent notes of crushed cardamom pods, black peppercorn and grated ginger are counterpoised on the nose with remarkable elegance.
The palate is similarly a feat of balance, at once both juicy and savoury, with citrus cutting through the more gastronomic flavours of rosemary, thyme and fresh coriander. A long and moreish finish completes this cleverly executed example of a complex, subtle and seriously tasty Dry Gin.
