Description
Alluringly golden in hue, this charming Single malt is an ode to plump malted barley and judicious ex-bourbon cask maturation. Elegant, unpeated whiskies such as this are often a joy when robed in the sweet vanilla and almond note so apparent in American oak, and this Filey Bay Flagship is no exception. Citrus touches, golden syrup and honey appear throughout nose, palate and finish. Drink with macadamia nuts, or whilst watching the cricket in the early evening sunshine.
